Purposes: · To contact customers for payment of open invoices and invalid deductions · Reconcile and follow up on customer account balances · Identify breakdowns and implement solutions to minimize issues causing unpaid balances · Document collection efforts · Build solid relationships to better communicate with internal and external partners · Research and validate customer deductions · Dispute invalid deductions and process credit memos 2.2. Performance indicators · Track accounts receivable to meet the portofolio levels established by the company: portfolio days overdue · Reconcile accounts receivable · Perform ongoing collection management · Analalyze receivable balances and follow up with the accounts receivable team and the sales team · Reconcile accounts receivable from e-commerce channel customers MAIN ACTIVITIES: · Reconcile and follow up on customer account balances · Document collection efforts · Research and validate customer deductions · Dispute invalid deductions and process credit memos · Identify breakdowns and implement solutions to minimize issues causing unpaid balances · Build solid relationships to better communicate with internal and external partners 7.2.
